Woodhouse Pizza & Chicken (Modular)

This restaurant build was a modular construction project, as all framing and structural work of the four shipping containers used was completed offsite.

These four units were then shipped to Fairford, Manitoba where they were welded together onsite, placed on screw piles, and had their electrical, plumbing, HVAC, RTUs, drywall and taping completed.

The end result was a fully functional store and restaurant that was completed very shortly after the delivery of the modular units.
