Za Pizza Bistro

Za Pizza Bistro is a restaurant franchise that originated in Winnipeg in 2018 and has since grown to 11 locations in the province of Manitoba with expansion plans across the rest of Canada.

This design build project was a fully collaborative process with the franchisor from beginning to end, starting with an empty shell. This included working with the Designer, Full Project Management, Application of Permits, Budgeting and Sourcing & Installation of Kitchen Equipment.
