Yes. We provide free, no-pressure estimates!
Mint will look after all phases of the project. We have a variety of trusted partners, and only work with trades who are licensed and insured.
Mint will provide in-house design services through our interior designer & architect partners. Alternatively, if you would prefer, we will work with your existing designer or architect.

Mint will handle zoning and permitting for both residential and commercial clients. Services include coordinating required drawings, completing applications and meeting with inspectors.
Yes. We provide a warranty on all work we complete.
First, determine your wants & needs. Decide how much you are comfortable with spending on your project. Often there are several options for any given project that could affect the total cost. We will go over this with you as part of your free estimate.
As you are aware, projects could be very different, we plan each stage and phase so that the time during construction is always as short as possible without sacrificing quality. You will be provided with a timeline for completion as part of your estimate.
Mint’s highly trained staff have expertise in a wide range of construction trades. Any work not completed by a member of the Mint team has been thoroughly vetted and all work will be coordinated and inspected by Mint directly.
